Long time no seen;)
Been taking a little break from the site as you probably have seen. Its been a lot last few weeks and i just didnt find the right time to update everything as i was hoping to do.
But now im back on track and will try and keep you all updated for the rest of the season!!
After the loooong US trip i went home to my little apartment to reaload some battery. Was very nice with a few days off where i did pretty much nothing.
For me the trip to the states was very good tennis wise. Again you can always wish for more but if i can keep that level of play up rest of the season and even a little better next year im sure i will be back in top 50 and more than that. But it wont come just like that, its hard work every day of course!
Right now im in Tokyo. First time im in Japan and i like it so far. What i really dont like though is this 7 hour time change. Im struggeling big time, i wont make a secret out of that one.
But apart from that the club is nice. Courts are like in a park so it looks like its in a good area.
The japanese are as usual very friendly, if you say thanks to them you get ten thanks back;)
Yesterday i left my racket for stringing. Seeing as i was very early here in Tokyo the stringer for the tournament had not yet arrived so i had to leave it to the local club next door. So when the lady at the desk asked me when would you like it back(?) i said
-”Maybe tomorrow by 10 am”. And then she goes… -”Oh but i was asking when would you like it done next week?”.
Think they are not really used to have crazy demanding sweeds there normally!!
However i got the racket back at 10 in the morning.=)
Tomorrow its sign in here in Tokyo and im excited to slowly get started. Matches are the fun part as we all know!!
This is a pretty strong week with many good players. But hopefully i can pull out some good tennis and first of all qualify!!
Will try and sleep before 3 am tonight… Jo vs ”Jet lag”=)
